How do I get started?
Request a demo and we'll walk you through Marlo on a call tailored to how your firm works. After that you get a guided 14-day evaluation on real roles, with our onboarding team on hand — so you can see the full platform, including AI matching and analytics, before you commit.
How does per-recruiter pricing work?
You're billed only for active recruiter seats. Researchers, resourcers, and read-only viewers are free on Growth and Enterprise. Add or remove seats at any time — annual plans are trued-up at the end of each quarter, so you never overpay for a seat you didn't use.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. You can export everything — candidates, clients, notes, and activity history — as CSV or via our API at any time, including after cancellation. We keep your data available for export for 30 days after your account closes, then permanently delete it.
Do you charge for data migration?
No. Migration from Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, JobAdder, and most other systems is handled by our onboarding team and included free on annual plans. Most firms are fully live within four weeks.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, in a click. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at your next renewal. There's no penalty and no lock-in — Marlo is month-to-month unless you choose annual billing for the discount.
